Schwartz Corgi Paws — Health Guarantee
Effective for all puppies sold by Schwartz Corgi Paws, Jonestown, Pennsylvania
Our Commitment to You
Every Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy we raise is born and raised in our home, receiving daily hands-on care, veterinary attention, and early socialization. We stand behind the health of every puppy we place with a family.
10-Day Health Guarantee
Your puppy has been examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to going home and is in good health to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. You will receive a copy of all vaccination and deworming records at pickup.
We require that you take your new puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of purchase. This protects both you and your puppy, and is required to keep this guarantee valid.
If, within 10 days of purchase, your puppy:
-
Is found by a veterinarian to have a contagious, infectious, or parasitic illness, or
-
Dies from such a condition
You will have the following options:
-
Return the puppy for a full refund
-
Exchange the puppy for a replacement of equal value from a future litter
-
Keep the puppy and receive reimbursement of reasonable veterinary costs, not to exceed the original purchase price
A written veterinarian's certification is required for any refund, exchange, or reimbursement. See certification requirements below.
5-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
Schwartz Corgi Paws offers a 5-year genetic health guarantee covering hereditary and congenital conditions that adversely affect your puppy's health or quality of life.
If, within 5 years of purchase, your puppy is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian with a confirmed hereditary or congenital defect, you will have the following options:
-
Replacement puppy from a future litter at no cost to you
-
Partial refund of up to 50% of the original purchase price, with the puppy remaining in your home
A replacement puppy is our preferred option. We are not able to offer full refunds under the genetic guarantee after the initial 10-day period.
